It keeps getting better! We discovered a market here in Banyuls today. It,s held every Thursday and Sunday. Loads of fresh fromage and olives and veggies! I bought some fromage de Chevre and she asked me "quel age?" it's available at either "deux mois ou sept mois". The older it is the more expensive it is. I bought half a kilo of 2month old goat cheese to go with our vin that is 2euros a bottle. The cHeese was expensive at 11 euros but sooooooo sooooooo good!
If I don't have Derek or the girls avec moi then I am forced to parle en Francais and while my French isn't good I can be understood. But the girls and D are so fluent that I tend to let them speak for me.
Yesterday after we returned from our journey to Perpignan and Argeles sur Mer we sat at the town square here in Banyuls and listened to a band and watched all the people dancing their traditional Catalan dance. Wow! All ages joined and did this very complicated footwork dance. So cool!
This morning there was a parade - we don't know why but it was neat to watch.
We are now going to splash in the Med sea!
Au devoir mes ami!!,
